Zombie Run 2026

Friday, November 6th, 2026 — 6:30 PM onwards

The zombies are coming back to campus. The GK Zombie Run is a 2km fun run across the SAS campus, starting on the SAS stadium track, and like every year the money it raises goes to our SAS GK village in Dalaguete, Cebu.

The Veracross registration link will appear here at noon on October 4. Wave times and the rain date haven’t been announced yet. Check back soon!

What to expect

How the run works: encounter zombies at the Zombie Zones, keep at least one life, and survive the Zombie Apocalypse.

The course
A 2km fun run across the SAS campus, starting on the SAS stadium track at 6:30 PM.
Zombie Zones
Along the route runners meet zombies at different Zombie Zones, who try to steal the ribbons representing the runners' lives from their race belts.
The objective
Make it to the finish line with at least one life remaining and survive the Zombie Apocalypse.
Waves
Runners take part in grade-based waves, with each grade assigned a wave during registration.
The finish
Runners can trade in their race belts for some American candy. Food is available at the event, and we strongly encourage runners to bring a LABELED reusable water bottle.

Registration

Registration opens at 12 noon on Sunday, 4 October. We encourage you to register early, as space is limited.

Registration and payment is via Veracross. Tickets are limited and can be purchased for $60 per runner. The Zombie Run registration page is under the “events” area of our website.

Your $60 registration includes admission to the GK Zombie Run and a race pack with a Zombie Run T-shirt, race-day information sheet, and durable race belt, all delivered directly to your child's classroom.

Where the money goes

Every ticket supports the SAS GK village in Dalaguete, Cebu. At the 2018 run, 683 runners raised $21,375.52, the same year the club broke ground on the village. Read our story.

Want to be a zombie?

Every year more than 100 high school students help run the Zombie Run, most of them as zombies. If you’re in high school and want to be one, sign up using the zombie sign-up form.
